CALL FOR PAPERS
Various stakeholders in the eLearning practice from educators in basic to higher education, non-formal training, and industry, trainers, researchers, media specialists, instructional designers, school administrators, policy makers, industry partners and students are encouraged to participate in this congress by submitting and presenting papers. These papers may be in the form of empirical research, case studies, or frameworks for decision-making regarding the application of information and communication technologies for education and training.

- Paper Presentation: This is best suited for completed research and scholarly work. Individual paper presentations are organized around a theme. Each presenter will be given 15 minutes to discuss his/her work and five minutes for Q&A.
- Poster Presentation: This is ideally intended for current research projects or works in progress more suited to visual displays. Presenters will be assigned an area within the congress venue where they can set up their posters and time to discuss and entertain questions.
- Roundtable Discussion: Three to four authors presenting on related topics will have an assigned table during a session to review and discuss the ideas, frameworks, and perspectives underlying their work with interested delegates who gather at the table.
- Virtual Presentation: For individuals who want to participate but have travel constraints. Presentations can be in the form of powerpoint presentations, video or screencasts and will be made available during and after the congress. An online Q&A facility will be set up to allow virtual presenters to answer questions.

FINAL PAPER/PRESENTATION MATERIALS
- Final paper for accepted abstracts should be in by October 31, 2013. Final papers and presentations will also be submitted to the ICE2013 EasyChair account.
- The final paper should be at most 10 pages. The format is left to the discretion of the presenter. Font size should be 12, Times New Roman.
- The electronic presentation slides should be in by November 15, 2013 for inclusion in the congress proceedings. Presenters should limit their presentations to a maximum of 20 slides only.
- The Congress Paper Review Committee will award special prizes to the top five congress papers. The Committee will evaluate submitted papers using the following criteria: organization, content, originality and contribution to eLearning practice.
- Early Bird prizes will also be awarded to the first 5 authors of accepted papers who submit their full paper and complete their registration.
